UPAYA PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

Abstract

Increasing competence is explained as the ability to do work well through efforts to develop work enthusiasm and achieve good learning outcomes. The professional role can be reflected in the development of student learning outcomes, so teachers need to show their self-image through their mental attitude and commitment through various methods and strategies that are in accordance with current developments and students' needs. The aim of this research is to see how increasing a teacher's professional competence can influence student learning outcomes and the efforts made by teachers to support satisfactory learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative.
