PENERAPAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU PAK SEBAGAI PEMBIMBING PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI NILAI-NILAI KEKRISTENAN

Abstract

The application of professional competence of PAK Teachers has good character and integrity because the whole life of PAK Teachers is an example for students. There are five competencies of PAK Teachers, the first is Professional Competence, Pedagogical Competence, Personality Competence, Social Competence, Spiritual Competence. The competence of PAK teachers must be professional in guiding students. PAK teachers need to provide examples and role models in education directly, strive to influence the formation of morals, character, foster and develop students. The method used in writing this journal uses a type of study using a literature approach, namely by examining various sources both from books, scientific journals, and also scientific articles.
