PENGARUH GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP MINAT BACA SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SERTAJAYA 05 KECAMATAN CIKARANG TIMUR KABUPATEN BEKASI

Reading is one part of literacy that is very important in life. Based on a survey conducted by the Program For International Student Assessment (PISA) released by the Organization for economic Co- Operation and Development (OECD) in 2018, Indonesia ranked 72 out of 77 countries. The results of this research show that the mastery of literacy of the Indonesian people, especially reading, is still relatively low. Seeing this phenomenon, the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated a literate movement in schools called the School Literacy Movement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement on the Reading Interest of Class IV Students of SDN Sertajaya 05. This research was conducted in January 2023 at Sertajaya 05 State Elementary School which is located at kp. Rawasentul block K No 77 Jl. Rusa I No 9 Sertajaya East Cikarang Bekasi Regency. The research method used is the statistic kuantitatif.The results showed that the school literacy movement influential on the reading interest. The significance of the regression coefficient obtained significance value of 0.001 <0.05 on decision making if the significance value <0.05 then correlated (influential).
