Abstract

Superior quality schools are schools that are able to face competition in the era of globalization 4.0. One of the educational institutions strengthening its internal and external aspects in facing the era of globalization is the Kandaghaur Muhammadiyah Vocational School. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. SWOT analysis is defined as the process of identifying something that includes weaknesses, advantages, threats and opportunities (weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities). Internal analysis which includes 1), existing learning activities using digital-based learning media, 2) each educator is given insight into the use of technology with the aim of all educators being technology literate, 3) communication with guardians using smartphone media so that communication with guardians and educators can bind up with good. Meanwhile, strengthening external analysis includes 1) holding regular outreach with the community and stakeholders, 2) using media for promotional activities and updating activities within the school, 3) using technology in facilities and infrastructure.
