Differentiated learning is a learning method as a form of independent curriculum policy. Differentiated learning is still very foreign to educators, where educators still experience difficulties in implementing it. This research aims to implement the application of differentiated learning in terms of product, process and content. This research was conducted through interviews with six teacher sources who have implemented the three types of learning differentiation. The research results show that product differentiated learning is carried out by making students work on final assignments/projects whose results vary according to their individual interests and learning styles. The differentiated learning process is carried out by teachers by providing support and challenges that are tailored to each student even though the ultimate learning goal is the same. Meanwhile, in implementing content-differentiated learning, teachers adjust the level of difficulty and presentation of material based on individual student abilities. Overall, these three types of differentiated learning strategies have been proven to be able to increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The recommendation from this research is the need to implement the three differentiation strategies above in an integrated manner in one class to meet the different needs of each individual student.
