The research aims to investigate what research has been conducted on the Teaching Factory topic regarding keywords and titles in journal articles from 2020 – 2022; what methods were used in the TEFA research; and what the agenda is for future research. Next, data was collected through primary and secondary sources to obtain journal articles on the topic of TEFA in Vocational Schools which were then analyzed using a Systematic Literature Review. Data analysis was carried out using Microsoft Excel 365 and VosViewer software for data visualization. The research results show that the keywords and titles of journal articles contain and focus on several themes such as the TEFA industry, implementation, objects and research methods. In addition, the results of data analysis found that TEFA Vocational School research in Indonesia generally uses a qualitative design. Future research is expected to explore novelties such as the use of quantitative and mixed-methods, objects and themes.
