Abstract

Education is very important to determine quality human resources. With success in education, it can have a good impact on human resources, it is inseparable from the development of science and technology, technological developments have changed various activities in life, including in the field of education. Educators are required to have creative and innovative learning abilities in carrying out learning. To adapt to developments in the field of technology, teachers should support technology-based education to expand the power of education and develop the potential of teachers, students and schools. The ability of teachers in the field of technology, one of which is in the field of computers, can help teachers, it can make teachers more innovative and creative in processing teaching materials. This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogic competence, professional competence on computer technology literacy of teachers at the Nahdlatul Ulama Education Foundation Lekok Pasuruan either partially or simultaneously. The design in this study used a quantitative approach using descriptive research methods to determine the effect of pedagogic competence and professional competence on computer technology literacy of teachers at the Nahdlatul Ulama Lekok Pasuruan Educational Park Foundation. As for the sampling technique using random sampling with a sample of 52 respondents. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire and the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the two independent variables had an effect on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. Partially it is known that the pedagogic competency variable has a t-count of 3.105, and the professional competency variable has a t-count of 2.314 with a t-table value of 2.010. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant effect on the computer technology literacy variable with a calculated F result of 13,134 > F table 3,183 and a significant result of 0.000 <0.05. In the coefficient of determination, an R square value of 0.412 or 41.2% is obtained, which means that both variables affect computer technology literacy, and the rest is influenced by other causes. In this way, there is a partial or simultaneous positive and significant influence between pedagogic competence and professional competence on computer technology literacy in teachers at the Nahdlatul Ulama Lekok Pasuruan Educational Park Foundation.
